Accessibility
Last updated October 10, 2026
We want everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to read our site, learn what we do and reach us.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the widely used standard for accessible websites.
What we do
Across the site we work to provide:
- clear headings and page structure that screen readers can follow
- text descriptions for meaningful images
- captions on our explainer videos
- full use of menus, links and forms with a keyboard alone
- readable text sizes, and color contrast we are still improving
- pages that work on phones, tablets and zoomed-in screens
Where we are still working
Some older pages, videos or documents may not fully meet our goal yet. Some orange labels and buttons do not yet meet the contrast goal, and we are fixing them. We review the site as we add to it and fix problems as we find them.
Tell us what gets in your way
If any part of the site is hard to use, please let us know which page and what happened. We will work with you to get you the information in a way that works for you, and we will fix the page.
