FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The questions startups and growing businesses ask us most before a first call. Don't see yours? Ask us directly.
What do you build?
We engineer specialized AI agents and advanced software systems. The work ranges from fixes and add-ons for tools you already use to full web applications, multi-feature platforms and AI systems that work alongside your team.
Who do you work with?
Businesses of every size and industry, from startups building their first system to growing firms with complex operations. If your team loses hours to repeat work, scattered tools or software that doesn't fit, we can help. We are based in the Kansas City metro.
How does a project start?
In a free workflow consult we map how work moves, show where time and revenue leak, and give you a plain-English plan and a written quote. Nothing is built until you approve that plan.
How is a project priced?
Every project is scoped to what you need, so there is no fixed price list. After the free consult you get a written quote for the plan you approve, sized to the work, from a single add-on to a full platform.
Who owns the software?
Depending on the investment package you choose, you get either the right to use the software we build for you or full ownership of it. Either way, your data, your customer records and your logins stay yours.
How does the AI engine behind your builds work?
Every build starts from a written plan you approve. AI specialists build each piece test-first, separate inspector agents try to break it, and an automated gate runs the real tests before launch. Our post "How our AI engine works" walks through each step.
Which AI models do you use?
We combine the latest advanced AI models, each matched to the part of the job it handles best. They run on private systems rather than public AI tools, and we adopt newer models once they prove themselves in our testing.
Is my data safe?
Your AI runs on private and on-premise models, and nothing you give us is used to train AI models. We never sell your data; it is shared only with the services needed to run your software. Separate AI security agents test every build before launch.
What stays human?
Your people keep the judgment calls. Prices, promises, payments and anything legal or financial wait for a person to approve them, and you decide up front, in writing, what the AI may do on its own.
Can I finance a build?
Qualified businesses may be able to pay for a build in monthly payments through our financing partner, Crest Capital. Crest decides approval, rates and terms, and what its agreement covers. You can apply in a few minutes on our Financing page.
Can you work with software we already have?
Yes. A common first step is fixes and add-ons: connecting two tools, automating a chore or adding the one missing piece to software you already use. When your current system is a sound base, we build on it instead of starting over.
Still have a question?
Tell us what you are trying to fix or build, and a person on our team will read it and get back to you, usually with a few questions of our own about how your work runs today. Email or call us:
