AI and Data Use
Last updated October 10, 2026
AI is at the center of what we build, so we hold it to written rules. This page explains how we use AI with your business's data.
Your data stays yours
Your customer records, files and logins belong to you. We never sell or pool them, we share them only with the services needed to run your software, and we use them only to do the work you hire us for.
No training on your data
Your AI runs on private and on-premise models, not public AI tools, and nothing you give us is used to train AI models.
Only the access each job needs
Each AI agent gets only the permissions its job requires. Passwords and access keys are never sent to the AI model or written to logs, and agents are blocked from sharing one customer's details with another.
People stay in charge
Prices, promises, payments, filings and anything legal or financial wait for a named person to approve them. You decide up front, in writing, what the AI may do on its own.
Every action is recorded
Agents are built so each action is logged in a record that shows any later edit, so you can see what happened and why.
Sensitive records
Regulated records such as payroll, HR files, medical and legal documents stay outside the AI unless you ask for them and the right controls are in place first. Names, phone numbers and appointment details are patient information too: for a practice covered by health privacy law, the right agreements, settings and access controls are part of the setup before any part of the build touches them.
When we stop working together
We remove our access and delete our copies on the schedule in your written agreement, except anything the law requires us to keep. Your records stay where they always were.
